GHI Smart Furnaces Brings Precision Thinking to the Digital Realm

At an industrial company, the numbers that matter usually sit inside the furnace: temperature, tolerances, thermal profiles, the condition of the finished metal. GHI Smart Furnaces has started measuring its digital performance with that same care.

It set up a business intelligence and analytics system on Google tools, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Looker Studio. Together they feed dashboards that bring scattered data into one place, so the team can track how customers behave, how the market responds and how the business is doing, in real time rather than weeks after the fact. For people already used to reading technical charts and process data, the dashboards came naturally.

The same thinking shaped how the company gets found. An SEO programme works on GHI’s visibility in search: keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, structured metadata, and a monthly look at the competition. When an engineer or a buyer searches for a thermal solution, GHI should be easy to find.

On social media, the company set up something more deliberate. There’s a content strategy now, a steady posting schedule, and someone keeping an eye on reach and engagement. It publishes video regularly too. The point is to have a real voice in the conversations the industry is having: sustainable manufacturing, advanced heat treatment, where decarbonisation is going.

All three projects were carried out by Irudigital S.L., an accredited digital agent, with support from Spain’s Kit Digital programme, part of the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia and co-financed by the European Union through NextGenerationEU. For GHI, it is the same standard the company holds everywhere else, applied somewhere new.
