GHI Smart Furnaces Brings Precision Thinking to the Digital Realm

Industrial companies are often judged by what happens inside the furnace: temperatures, tolerances, thermal profiles, metallurgical outcomes. For GHI Smart Furnaces, that culture of measurement has now found a new application, understanding digital performance with the same discipline applied to precision heat treatment.

The company has implemented a business intelligence and analytics suite built on Google’s professional toolset, including Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Looker Studio. The result is structured dashboards that consolidate digital data into actionable insight. Customer behaviour, market engagement and commercial performance now surface in real time, giving decision-makers a clearer basis to act. For teams already accustomed to reading technical graphs and process data, the transition to performance dashboards is a natural extension. What changes is the scope.

“The same rigour applied to thermal engineering, with its focus on precision, performance and continuous improvement, applies equally to how a company communicates, competes and grows in a digital world.”

In parallel, GHI Smart Furnaces has formalised its approach to social media with a defined content strategy, a consistent publication rhythm across multiple platforms and systematic monitoring of reach and audience engagement. The programme includes regular audiovisual content production, positioning the company to participate meaningfully in the conversations shaping its sector, from sustainable manufacturing and advanced thermal processes to the future of industrial decarbonisation.

Both projects were implemented by Irudigital S.L., an accredited digital solutions provider, with support from Spain’s Kit Digital programme. This initiative is part of the Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, co-financed by the European Union through the NextGenerationEU recovery mechanism. At GHI Smart Furnaces, precision is a discipline that transfers. Bringing that same standard of care to the digital dimension is not a pivot. It is a continuation.
