GHI Introduces FURNACE 4.0: Enhancing Digital Energy Efficiency

GHI Smart Furnaces is proud to introduce FURNACE 4.0, a revolutionary cognitive control system designed to enhance digital energy efficiency for industrial furnaces. This advanced system, integral to Industry 4.0, promises to optimize operations, improve technical support, and manage energy efficiency more effectively.

Smart Services for Industry 4.0

FURNACE 4.0 will develop and deploy a range of intelligent services related to operations optimization, technical support, and energy efficiency management. By adopting the Reference Architectural Model for Industry 4.0 (RAMI 4.0), FURNACE 4.0 integrates hardware components (such as sensors, actuators, and programmable controls) with a sophisticated software platform.

Advanced Digital Platform

This digital platform focuses on massive data ingestion, intelligent pattern application, alarm generation, and service configuration. These capabilities enable the system to provide real-time insights and predictive maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reduced downtime.

Collaborative Effort and Funding

The FURNACE 4.0 project, identified as TSI-101000-2017-15, has received co-financing from the Spanish Ministry of Energy, Tourism, and Digital Agenda. This collaboration highlights the importance and potential impact of FURNACE 4.0 on the industrial sector.
