eficiencia en hornos industriales<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Este proyecto, desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con Befesa Aluminio, Nervacero, Bs-tech Rolling Mill y el centro tecnol\u00f3gico Tecnalia, tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas innovadoras para incrementar la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en hornos industriales.<\/p>\n<p>En concreto, se centra en estas dos \u00e1reas de actuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>-Recuperaci\u00f3n de aluminio secundario en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghifurnaces.com\/hornos-industriales\/fundicion-aluminio\/horno-rotativo-basculante\/\">hornos rotativos<\/a>, a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sistema multi-puerta que reduce la p\u00e9rdida de temperatura, evita el reescurrido y permite un mayor aprovechamiento de la carga, todo ello disminuyendo el tiempo de colada.<\/li>\n<li>Quemadores regenerativos que minimizan la oxidaci\u00f3n del metal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Recalentamiento de palanquillas de acero en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghifurnaces.com\/hornos-industriales\/fundicion-hierro-acero\/horno-calentamiento-palanquilla\/\">hornos de vigas galopantes<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Este proyecto, FACOEE, ha sido
